Today marks the 3 year anniversary of Leo Rampant Music. Our thanks to everyone who has made this label what it is today. We are forever grateful and hope to continue our relationships as we continue to grow.

The day has finally come. Leo's first digital release of the year is a mix of some of the funkiest artists on the label. "J-Spot" is a progressive funk-house sound from our new parisian artist XS Night. The remixers include Dan la Funk, Blame the Funkstar and another new group: Onleed (Michael Hayes & Matt Hughes). We are very excited about this release and we hope you will be too.

Halfcast Bastards have released their first single on Leo Rampant on this day. "The Way We Rock" is a simple yet catchy electro house gem that is sure to get stuck in your head while making it move. There are two solid remixes available as well, from Matt Hughes, the master of funk, and Sean Biddle with Ryan G, who bring an electroclash emotion to this one-of-a-kind single. The "Invent" music video is here. The video is about realizing that sometimes you may be too late in changing your life, and must suffer the consequences. It's a video that takes a chance and doesn't fit the mould of a typical dance video.

White Weed Records and Leo Rampant have joined forces! Keep checking back for more news on the first Weed/Leo 12" compilation, which will include artists from both labels. Leo Rampant has also signed with Cavan Line Films, who will produce music videos for all 4 tracks on the Prelude CD! Check for thoes videos due this summer.

Blame The Funkstar returns with a mix of break beat and synth funk with "Matchbox Life". It is definitely a single that can't be passed up. The remixes are sure to move you, starting off with the 15 year old phenom, Proviant Audio, along with a smooth and upbeat mix by Kido. Funkstar finishes off the package with a sweet note with his ballad "At You". Enjoy the music and check back often!

A belated happy new year to you all! We have many exiting things in store for this year. New music from Michael Hayes, Blame the Funkstar and much more from the Leo roster. Plus, we have some new artists joining the label. Such as Sean Biddle and Funked Up. Our first CD, titled "PRELUDE", will be available within days and we hope you enjoy the music.
